Natural Materials and Mountain-Ready Landscaping

For the Greener Hills property, KP Landscape selected natural flagstone to create walkways that feel organic to the Heber City landscape. Scenic boulders were strategically placed to add visual weight and define planting beds, creating a layered composition that draws the eye across the property. Hydroseed was applied to larger turf areas for efficient, even coverage suited to the local climate and elevation.

A professionally designed irrigation system and subsurface drainage network were installed to manage water distribution and protect against the runoff challenges common in Heber City's mountainside properties.
