The Oquirrh Mountain project is a complete residential landscape installation by KP Landscape in Heber City, Utah. Starting from raw, unfinished ground, this property was transformed into a fully designed outdoor environment featuring durable turf, natural boulder retaining walls, a custom outdoor firepit, and mature plantings — all engineered to perform in Heber City's mountain climate.

KP Landscape handled every phase of the build, from grading and topsoil installation to irrigation, drainage, turf, trees, plants, boulder retaining walls, a custom address marker, and an outdoor firepit designed to serve as the centerpiece of the backyard living space.

Retaining Walls, Fire Features, and Sustainable Systems

Natural boulder retaining walls were carefully constructed to manage the grade across the Oquirrh Mountain property, providing structural support while adding rugged visual character that fits the Heber City landscape. A custom outdoor firepit was installed as a focal point for outdoor entertaining — designed to complement the surrounding stonework and plantings.

A high-efficiency irrigation system paired with a comprehensive drainage solution ensures water reaches every planted zone without pooling or erosion.
